eStatement FAQs
Q: Is there a cost to sign up for eStatements?
A: eStatements are included free as part of Online Banking. If you're not yet using Online Banking, you can sign up today!
Q: What do I need to view eStatements?
A: You will need Adobe Reader to view eStatements.
Q: How do I view my statements?
A: You can view your statements by logging into Online Banking and clicking on the eStatements link in the navigation menu.

Q: Can I see the back of my eStatement?
A: Yes, you can view the back of your eStatement. When logged into eStatements, click on the link labeled "View Instructions on Balancing Your Account and How to Report Errors" at the bottom of your list of available statements.
Q: Will my statement date change when I sign up for eStatements?
A: Enrolling in eStatements will not change your statement date.
Q: Can I change my statement date?
A: You are not able to change your statement date.
Q: How do I change my email address?
A: You can update your email address from within your Online Banking account. After logging in, click on the "Options" button and locate the email section to change your address.
NOTE: After you've updated your email address, please log into eStatements immediately to complete the change.
Q: How will I be alerted that my eStatement is ready?
A: When your eStatement is ready, you will receive a notification email directing you to log into your account to view the new statement.
Q: Can I grant access to additional people (an accountant, for example) and have them notified when my statement is available?
A: This is not currently available.
Q: How much statement history will I be able to view in eStatements?
A: As your statement archive builds, you'll be able to access up to 18 months (rolling) of statement information. If you wish to keep a longer history, you can save the eStatements on your personal computer.
Q: How do I print or save my eStatements?
A: To print or save your eStatement(s), locate the File menu in Adobe Reader and select either Save/Save As... or Print. If your eStatement opens through an Adobe Reader plugin in your browser, simply follow the same instructions to save or print it.
Q: Can I go back to receiving paper statements?
A: You can revert to receiving paper statements. Simply log into your Online Banking account, access eStatements, then select "Edit User Settings" from the Account Access menu. This will let you choose what accounts you would like to receive in electonic or paper form.
Q: How do I get copies of my checks?
A: You can view copies of your checks through Online Banking. When logged in, click on the check numbers that appear in your list of transactions. A popup window will appear displaying an image of that check which can be printed or saved for your records.
Q: Can I get my Loan Statement online?
A: Loan statements are not currently available through electronic format. When attempting to enroll in eStatements with only a loan account, you will receive the following message: "An unexpected error has occurred. (-1)."
Q: I am seeing a "Session Expired" message when accessing eStatements.
A: Verify that your browser is set to accept cookies, especially "session cookies". A cookie is a piece of data used inside the secure banking environment that allows you to proceed within your account without having to login every time you switch banking screens.
Each browser has different methods of checking cookie settings. To find out how to set your browser to accept cookies, simply click on the “Help” menu in your browser's title bar and look in the help contents/index for “Cookies”.
You should also make sure your browser is not blocking cookies from ibank.hepsiian.com.
